Apart from the Fund Raising and Service to the Community activities club members also enjoy a variety of social events.

Place: The Hydro Hotel, Eastbourne
Occasion: Our Annual Dinner Dance to celebrate the 42nd Anniversary of our club receiving its Charter.
Membersof Eastbourne Lions Club, together with members of Lions clubs from the surrounding area Partners and Friends enjoyed a formal (however a 'flashiest bow tie' competition was included!) evening presided over by Lion President Nigel. Our principal guests were The Worshipful The Mayor of Eastbourne Councillor Greg Szanto and The Mayoress Mrs Clare Szanto together with District Governor Lion Eddie Warn with Lion Maureen Warn.

The annual B.B,Q. at the Molloy household is an established opportunity to relax and soak up the sun with members and partners.
